Vets replace tortoise’s leg with wheel

After Gamera had his leg removed due to an infection, his leg was replaced with a swiveling ball-type caster attached to his shell with an epoxy adhesive.

It’s been about one year since I started this blog and I just want to thank all of you for reading it!

This is a “dancing squid rice bowl” and it will cost you $24 in Japan. It’s essentially a decapitated squid (don’t worry, neatly cut pieces of it’s head are below the tentacles on the rice, nothing goes to waste) that “dances” when soy sauce is poured on it. It’s mildly entertaining but wholly disturbing.
